You are buying the Cecilia Dress. I love this dress so much. It has a rhinestone V neckline in silver, flutter capelet style shoulders hips and bottom hang free. This dress can look great on a small model but it looks great on me too! I tried it on and it fits nicely. I'm a 37C with a 19 in shoulder. Email for flat measurements. Nice rosebud rosette very popular right now. All of the dresses were large on the models.
