I  have to say this is a show stopper! I’ll be adding close  ups of this gorgeous fabric shortly.  This is a Boudoir Queen original all sil silk white shoulder pads  and  Victorian epaulets with tiny Victorian flowers. The base is  a cream gauze with an over lay of  1911 netting with Ribbonwork roses , sequins . Size medium can be worn up or down as a party dress or  top  with jeans.
