I'll say this is the Grande Dame of the neck pieces on this drop. Just a stunning huge Victorian Jet Tulip hand sewn with velvet flower embellishment green vintage fabric and lace. I will be post photos of the accessories alone. I just did the shoot yesterday. It takes about a week to get everything up online. Ties in the back Has BQ label I believe this one has boning I will check
