This dress is one of my favorites. It took a lot of time made from a fabulous tissue silk skirt with 1910 lace insertion in a handkerchief harlequin style. We cut away the shattered silk and reapplied to hand dyed silk chiffon. The headband is the belt I liked the dress loose but it can be worn either way. Bell sleeve fits s m l . The fringe suede purse was mine MIU MIU i bought in Beverly Hills 2001 reminds me of now. It’s not in great condition for sure.Come with the belt which we used as a headband
