Hollywood Babylon Collection Sleeping Beauty Dress Silk Velvet 1931

I absolutely fell in love with this magical gown. It spoke to me. It came from London originally and had the faint old tag with the owners name and what looks like 1931. We did some rejuvenation on this piece. We opened the arms up so that it was wearable. This style had very tight sleeves so I have to say I like it a lot better. It is an oldie. Reminds me of a Mucha art piece.

Please read carefully this piece has the usual spotty areas that old silk velvet gets 1931 circa. It had a couple tiny spots where metallic lace was applied. The flora and fauna motif is desirable. The purple unusual and vibrant. This piece is a small although Im a 36C and I can get into it since the sleeve alteration.The velvet a bit dusty as it was stored. Also the velvet is delicate and needs to be worn gently. No stress to the back please if you are a M. This truly is a stunner imperfections and all.Please ask questions as this is a special collectors piece. All sales final as is vintage
