40s Bloomers Yellow with violets and ribbon detail

I love these bloomer’s I had been saving for a shoot. I was also considering chopping and making cool pouf sleeves on something. Elastic waist small/ medium. The only flaws I saw were tiny little holes a couple shown on the photos really small. Selling under cost. Silk or rayon it’s hard to tell. Pretty lace too all sales final vintage
